Took the site live, replaced the demonstration copy with real material, and added the first version of Done.
Done
- The new site went live at jayweeldreyer.com with HTTPS and the existing email service intact.
- Models built a straightforward writing workflow, several formats for longer and shorter pieces, and a local preview path that did not require remembering a string of commands.
- The initial demonstration copy was replaced with a small body of writing about the work and the site itself.
- I added Done as a public record of what changed, including work that failed or remained incomplete.
- The site gained the ordinary things a public home should have—contact paths, links elsewhere, and readable pages—without turning into a marketing funnel.

The site went from running locally to being the thing visitors actually saw. That forced several practical questions at once: how I would write, how models would edit without damaging the surrounding structure, and how unfinished work could be reported without pretending it was finished.
Done was the answer to the last question. It was built inside the first live version of the site and immediately used to report that work. Slightly recursive, but useful.
