Continued the occupational reconstruction and replaced a tidy model-generated explanation with a more faithful, less finished one.
Done
- Models tested the proposed through-line against additional examples and the different positions I occupied inside them.
- I clarified that the contribution often begins with noticing an unusual combination of facts and asking the question that lets other people see it—not arriving with a prefabricated mechanism.
- The working account became more accurate, but it stayed private because the language and supporting record were not ready to carry a public biographical claim.
The improvement was mostly subtraction. The models wanted a stable mechanism that could explain every case. The cases supported something looser: a recurring way of seeing a situation, shifting between several vantage points, and helping a group recognize a possibility or constraint that had been present but unused.
