Moved a product revision and a separate operating note out of model conversations and into durable project source.
Done
- Models recovered the decisions, revisions, and remaining uncertainties from the working conversations.
- The product work was placed in the repository that owns it, where another model can resume without reconstructing the conversation first.
- A separate operating note was preserved in the same durable form.
- I kept both private pending a later decision about what, if anything, should become public.
This was mostly operational work: turning conversations into source that could survive a handoff. Chat is a useful workbench and a terrible filing cabinet. The day’s output was not a launch; it was making two lines of work recoverable enough to continue without relying on memory.
