Closed a substantial private recovery run after repeated review and repair. Most of the work passed; one difficult part remained stopped.
Done
- Models completed several production runs covering additional people, projects, and longer periods of work.
- Blocking review findings were repaired and returned for fresh review rather than accepted by the model that made the repair.
- One run improved after multiple passes but continued to fail a safety check. I left it stopped instead of treating visible progress as completion.
- The accepted work was reconciled into a durable handoff so another model could continue without reopening settled source decisions.
- The private fellowship application reached the point where the remaining choices were mine rather than another drafting pass.
- The unwanted-call pilot was narrowed again around the earliest question that could kill the idea.
- Models also reworked the site homepage to make the current public work easier to understand.
This was an operations-heavy day: production, review, correction, re-review, and closure across a large body of private source.
The unresolved run deserves its own sentence. The models repaired the defects that review identified, produced a cleaner result, and still did not resolve the underlying problem. More work had made it better without making it acceptable. That distinction is easy to lose when the same system generates the artifact and argues for its completion, so I kept it stopped.
Elsewhere, two projects became smaller in useful ways. The application reached a human decision point. The product pilot acquired a faster route to being proven wrong.
